Many of our patients are professionals who want to straighten their teeth, but aren't fond of the idea of wearing metal braces for a year or two. Invisalign is the ideal solution for these patients, allowing them to fix misaligned teeth in a discreet way.
Invisalign aligners are an advanced treatment system that gradually straightens your teeth over time. These clear plastic aligners are custom-made by Invisalign, combining our specifications with your treatment goals and Invisalign's state-of-the-art technology. Invisalign can be used to adjust the alignment of teeth, as well as under-bites, over-bites, and cross-bites. No one will realize you're undergoing orthodontic treatment because the aligners are virtually invisible. When all is said and done, you'll have the beautiful smile you've always wanted––on your terms.
If you are searching for Invisalign in NYC, contact DDS Group today.

Invisalign® clear aligners have been proven to provide an effective contemporary alternative to traditional orthodontic treatment. You can gently shift your teeth into place by wearing each set of aligners for about two weeks, removing them only to eat or clean your teeth. Being able to remove the aligners whenever you like allows you to enjoy life without restriction or inconvenience. The best part is that Invisalign® aligners are virtually invisible- so no one will ever know!
During your consultation, your Invisalign® provider will examine you and determine whether Invisalign® is a good fit for you. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and our experienced team will be happy to assist you.

Here are some questions our patients often have asked before getting Invisalign treatment:
Invisalign treatment often takes slightly longer, simply because the aligners can be removed, while braces are worn 24/7 during treatment. If you rarely remove your aligners, treatment time may be comparable to or even shorter than treatment time with traditional metal braces.
Patients who consistently wear their aligners see treatment times that range from 9 to 18 months, but everyone is different, so your treatment time may vary. You'll wear each set of aligners for a week or two, and most patients require 20-30 sets of aligners to complete their treatment.
We recommend Invisalign not only because it works, but also because our patients are very happy with the system and its results. You should choose Invisalign because:
- You can remove your aligners for special occasions.
- You can remove your aligners for eating; no foods are off limits. You can still eat nuts, gum, candy, popcorn, and steak.
- Oral hygiene is better with Invisalign. Brushing and flossing are easier and you can reach areas that wouldn’t be accessible with metal braces.
- Metal braces draw attention to your orthodontic treatment. With Invisalign no one will know you're receiving orthodontic treatment because the aligners are virtually invisible.
- Metal braces are uncomfortable, with brackets and wires that poke and cause sores. Invisalign is comfortable.
We understand that many of our patients have busy schedules, coming to our Wall Street dental office during breaks from work and lunch. With Invisalign, you can switch to the next set of aligners right at home every two weeks. We'll only need to see you at our office every six weeks to make sure your treatment is on the right track.
Invisalign is more expensive than traditional metal braces, but your dental insurance may cover at least part of the cost. Many of our patients use FSA or HSA funds towards their Invisalign treatment. Ask us about our corporate rate and preferred rate plans to save on Invisalign and other dental procedures at DDS Group.
